Text pojednává o vládě bez důvěry, především na příkladu vlády Jiřího Rusnoka a první vlády Andreje Babiše. V Čechách, na Moravě a ve Slezsku není rozdíl v pravomocích vlády s důvěrou nebo bez důvěry Poslanecké sněmovny. To potvrdil i Ústavní soud v Brně.

In Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia, there is no difference in the powers of a government with or without the confidence of the Chamber of Deputies. This was confirmed by the Constitutional Court in Brno.
