Předkládaná studie se věnuje odborné didaktice právních a bezpečnostních předmětů a didaktice technických předmětů. Cílem studie je prezentovat výsledky výzkumu v pojetí a struktuře této mimořádně důležité disciplíny V úvodu se autor odkazuje na zdůvodnění aktuálnosti a důležitosti řešení problému, definuje cíle studia, obsah studia a možné využití výsledků ve vzdělávací praxi v daných oborech. Zaměřil se na pojetí didaktiky, zdůvodnění její potřebnosti a vědeckosti, interdisciplinaritu a navrhl konkrétní strukturování této disciplíny.

The presented study is devoted to the professional didactics of legal and security subjects and Technical articles. The aim of the study is to present author´s results of research in the concept and structure of this extremely necessary discipline. The introduction referred to the justification for topicality and necessity of the solved problems, defined clear objectives of the study, the content of the study and possible use of the result in educational practice in given fields. We focused on the concept of didactics, justification for its eruditionand scientificity, interdisciplinarity and proposed concrete structuring of this discipline.
