Policy paper pro subjekty životního cyklu AI obsahuje praktická doporučení týkající se rizik a příležitostí ve vztahu AI technologií a ochrany lidských práv pro výrobce, dodavatele, zákazníka – provozovatele a koncového uživatele – i regulátora. Policy paper I nabízí soubor doporučení pro adaptaci vývoje, zavádění a používání AI technologií v souladu s mezinárodními normami ochrany lidských práv a objasňuje potřebu převést lidskoprávní normy již platné a závazné ve společnosti na automatizované systémy. Policy paper II u vybraných oblastí porušování lidských práv ve společnosti identifikuje potenciál automatizace a navrhuje nové příležitosti pro vývoj a nasazení AI technologií za účelem posílení a ochrany lidských práv.

The policy paper for AI life cycle actors contains practical recommendations for producers, suppliers, customers – operators and end-users – and regulators concerning the risks and opportunities in the relationship between AI technologies and human rights protection. Policy paper I offers a set of recommendations for the adaptation of the development, deployment and use of AI technologies in line with international human rights norms and clarifies the need to translate the human rights norms already in force and binding in society to automated systems. For selected areas of human rights violations in society, Policy Paper II identifies the potential of automation and suggests new opportunities for the development and deployment of AI technologies with the aim to enhance and protect human rights.
