Cílem příspěvku je poskytnout informace o možnostech systému psychologické péče včetně krizové intervence, který je zaveden u Policie ČR a v celé jeho šíři resortu MV ČR, včetně Hasičského záchranného sboru. Psychologická péče je určena zejména policistům a jejich blízkým, dále občanským zaměstnancům Policie ČR a Ministerstva vnitra ČR, případně i dalším osobám. Nejvyšší normou, která stanovuje nárok policistů na psychologickou péči, je zákon 361/2003 Sb. o služebním poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů. Dále vychází z kontextu péče o zaměstnance, která je jednou z dominant řízení lidských zdrojů a zároveň hodnotícím kritériem managementu jakosti, v jehož rámci je Policie ČR hodnocena EU.

The aim of this paper is to provide information about mental health care system possibilities, including crisis intervention, which is introduced at the Police of the Czech Republic and in all its extent at the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, the Fire and Rescue Service included. The psychological care is intended especially for police officers and their families, as well as civilian employees of Police of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, perhaps even for other persons as well. The highest standard, which establishes the right of police officers to psychological care, is the Act No. 361/2003 Coll. on service of members of security forces. Furthermore, it is based on the context of care for employees, which is one of the dominating features of human resource management as well as a quality management evaluation criterion, under which the Police of the Czech Republic is being assessed by the EU.
