  • Parts of the final state examination and its content
    The state final examination consists of two parts:
    (a) an examination of compulsory subjects,
    b) the defence of the bachelor thesis.
    (b) The compulsory subjects in the state final examination:
    Economics (this part of the state final examination will include selected relevant topics from the subjects Economics, Business Economics, Management).
    Tourism (this part of the state final exam will include selected topics from the subjects Tourism Fundamentals, Tourism Marketing, Tourism Services Technology I and II, Economics

    Tourism, Destination Management, Law in Tourism, Geography of Tourism, Information Systems in Tourism).
  • Requirements of the study
    The professional practice of 12 weeks is placed in the model curriculum until the 4th semester. Working day = 8 working hours. Completion of the professional practice is recorded in the Ambis information system by the practice supervisor after the following conditions have been met:
    (a) the professional practice is completed in its entirety (for 12 consecutive weeks),
    b) the professional practice is carried out outside the student's workplace, if applicable,
    the professional practice is carried out in a tourism enterprise, in central or local government authorities (accommodation, catering, travel agency, travel agency, destination management organisation, ministry, regional authority, municipal authority, etc.).
  • Suggestion of theses topics and the topics of defended theses
    Tourism as a tool for regional development in a selected region.
    Design of an online marketing campaign for a selected CR destination.
    The influence of selected economic indicators on the success of a CR enterprise.
    Design of a marketing communication campaign for a selected CR destination.
    Gastronomic tourism as a tool for regional development.
    Use of non-traditional procedures in spa tourism.
    Safety of destination visitors as a marketing communication tool.

    Product design for the Cultural Route of the Council of Europe - Nikola Tesla Route.
    Linking the gastronomy of the V4 countries to the Cultural Route.
    The use of augmented reality in the marketing of a CR destination.
    Experiential tourism as a tool for regional development.
    Application of sustainable tourism principles in a selected CR destination using ETIS indicators.
