Na jak dlouhou dobu musí mít správně obec na svém obecním webu informace, které jsme poskytla žadatelům o informace? Následně se článek věnuje tématice umělé inteligence. Může žadatel o informace při podávání žádostí o informace používat tzv. umělé inteligence? A pokud by žádost o informaci podala „osobně“ umělá inteligence, musí na ni obec či jiný povinný subjekt odpovídat?

The text is from the area of free access to information. It addresses several research questions. For how long must the municipality correctly have the information that we have provided to the information requesters on its municipal website? Subsequently, the article deals with the topic of artificial intelligence. Can an information requester use so-called artificial intelligence when submitting information requests? And if the request for information were to be submitted "personally" by artificial intelligence, does the municipality or other obliged entity have to respond to it?
