the article is from the field of administrative procedural law. It deals mainly with the topic of appeal. The appeal is a proper remedy in administrative proceedings in the Czech Republic. The text covers several neglected problems concerning the functioning of the quoted committees, such as the bias of the members of the appeal committees. Or the accessibility of information on the composition and functioning of the committees. Among other things, the author presents some of his de lege ferenda considerations.
