Cílem textu je zmapovat potřeby vzdělávání v odvětví hotelnictví a zjistit, jaké schopnosti požadují zaměstnavatelé od nastupujících absolventů. První část je zaměřená na obecnou problematiku vzdělávání dospělých a navazuje analýza současného stavu vzdělávání v hotelu a v gastronomii. Výsledky jsou zaměřeny na klíčové oblasti profesního vzdělávání ve sledovaném odvětví.

The aim of the text is to map educational needs in the hotel sector and to find out what skills employers require from incoming graduates. The first part focuses on general issues of adult education and follows the analysis of the current state of education in the hotel and gastronomy. The results focus on key areas of vocational training in the sector under review.
