Článek zobrazuje vývoj gastronomických služeb od počátku až dodnes. Navazuje analýza současného stavu a změny, které nastaly následkem koronavirových omezení v resortu gastronomických služeb. Gastronomické služby tvoří soubor hmatatelného produktu (jídlo a nápoj) a nehmatatelné služby (servis, prostředí, komunikace), které jsou poskytovány podle rozsahu a provozních možností v různých poměrech.
In English
The article shows the development of gastronomic services from the beginning to the present day. An analysis of the current state and changes follows, which occurred as a result of coronavirus restrictions in the resort gastronomic services. Gastronomic services form a set tangible product (food and drink) and intangible service (service, environment, communication), which are provided according to scope and operational capabilities.
